Using jdam at low level 4000

Hi must be  doing  some thing  wrong   since   have  no  issues   at high level using  jsows etc  using  atflir with too mode,  track provided   first run  in  is  lofted  and  next  run in  is  man  mode either  bombs  fall  short  or  long.(disregard  of  flying   etc  just  wanted  to know what iam  missing  out  )
  Steps taken

look  target  using  the sensor  control  switch  to  lock target   sames  steps  when using  at high  alt

ok  solved  my issues   found  out   that i needed  to  target  the  ground just before on  where  the  target  sits
