Mouse Distortion in 4K here's a fix!

If your like me and running 4k upscaled and getting that distorted box and a squished cursor that isn't game breaking but highly annoying, I found a fix.

 

To fix this issue I turned on pointer trail and set it to its lowest setting. 

 

I wanted to share this, because even with a google search the solution was buried and very hard to find.
