Options menu always on Comm 1

Whenever I use "options, take 1", etc.  The menu always does the command on comm 1 even if I'm pressing comm 2.  If I make the order verbally on comm 2, it will go through comm 2.

Having this exact same issue. Causing a lot of grief when trying to refuel.
