Thermal image and soldier unit reactions, animations and stances

Hi there,

 

It would be nice to see better thermal image and soldier units, like they reacting to the threats, animations, stances, etc. like this video showing Arma 3.

I've seen a better thermal handled by the engine in a DCS's Video (Not from ED)
A better 3D soldier model is already present in DCS, not activated for US troops yet, but activated IIRC for insurgent, Georgian and Germany
