Not sure $80 is a sale, but carry on.

It's normally 68 and I had it on sale for 63. It's not a mass produced item so unfortunately that's the lowest I can price it for it to be worth my time to produce them. After materials and etsys cut plus shipping the profit margin is roughly $45 for 17hrs of time on the 3d printer and 45mins to assemble them. There's certainly other options out there, and I always encourage people to diy products if they're able. Unfortunately I'm unable to lower the price any further than what I do during sales.

Just ordered two, one for my son and I - can’t wait to get them! Price is well worth it in my opinion versus me having to take the time to craft these up DIY when we could be flying together.
