Which laser cutter & engraver are people using?

Hi All,

 

I’m sure this has been asked before but I’m looking to start making my own panels for my F-18 home cockpit but I’m unsure which machine to buy. There are a few ‘cheap’ ones on Amazon/eBay but have people had an success with these? 

 

Also, I’m fairly confident using Fusion 360 for CAD but do I need different software to design the panels and lettering etc?
