Demiurgo Posted October 8, 2021 Posted October 8, 2021 Hi Everyone, We are looking for a tool that generates missions like Liberation 2.0 or BriefingRoom but for BOTH SIDES for our Squad. Basically we'd like to have something that auto populates some "credible" scenario, mainly ground and sea units. Afterwards we will use something like COMBATFLITE to plan for each side and then merge a final mission. We just don't want to spend hours and hours putting units on the ground and sea. We looked for tools like this without luck. Is anyone aware of such a thing? Thanks! cc @joacofz6

jubuttib Posted October 12, 2021 Posted October 12, 2021 (edited) While you certainly can't edit the red side flight packages in the Liberation GUI, it does of course generate a bunch of flights for the red side too. So as a stop gap solution what you could do is generate the mission via Liberation, open it up in Mission Editor, then change some of the red side planes to have Client slots. It's certainly not perfect, but it'd be something, for now. *shrug* EDIT: There might be some slight jiggery pokery required with the timings, but I don't see a reason why it wouldn't work overall. What I was thinking also is: 1) do a mission in liberation 2) move from red to blue in ME 3) do another mission in liberation 4) combine them in CombatFlite not easy but is much better than placing everything by hand.....
