GGTharos Posted November 17, 2008 Posted November 17, 2008 TIR works fine in MP. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Reminder: SAM = Speed Bump :D I used to play flight sims like you, but then I took a slammer to the knee - Yoda
Cowboy10uk Posted November 17, 2008 Author Posted November 17, 2008 wish it does GG, Have great TIR in single player, but when i click the multiplayer icon to launch, TIR dosnt seem to notice the game working, so No TIR. GGTharos Posted November 17, 2008 Posted November 17, 2008 Odd - it seems to work for pretty much everyone, nothing special needs to be done ... [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Reminder: SAM = Speed Bump :D I used to play flight sims like you, but then I took a slammer to the knee - Yoda
Cowboy10uk Posted November 17, 2008 Author Posted November 17, 2008 yep, thats why i was asking, thinking it may be a bug on the new natrualpoint bs games listing, have asked the question at natrualpoint as well. Like i said, it works no problem when i start up single player, but when i start multiplayer BS isnt regonised, hopefully natrualpoint will come up with a solution soon. baksie Posted November 17, 2008 Posted November 17, 2008 1. Makesure you do not have a lightsource behind you. 2. Update TIR "Game-update" 3. Check also if you join either arcade / real mode. The key bindings in options (within) BS are different. So you need to check those and make sure they are all the same. This is why I hate arcade mode :) Good luck Intel I7-10700K, Samsung 980 Pro 2TB NVMe, MSI Z490 ACE, RAM:64GB DDR4 3600, WIN 10-64, 1080Ti Waiting on a good RTX AH-64D|AV-88|A10CII|F15E|F16CM|FA18C|F14B|NV|PG|Syria|Synia
Cowboy10uk Posted November 17, 2008 Author Posted November 17, 2008 yep done all that, the problem is, the tir dosnt turn on, when i start multiplayer, unlike in single, when i start that sim is seen and my blue lights come on, for multiplayer nothing [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Fighter pilots make movies, Attack pilots make history, Helicopter pilots make heros. :pilotfly: Corsair 570x Crystal Case, Intel 8700K O/clocked to 4.8ghz, 32GB Vengeance RGB Pro DDR4 3200 MHZ Ram, 2 x 1TB M2 drives, 2 x 4TB Hard Drives, Nvidia EVGA GTX 1080ti FTW, Maximus x Hero MB, H150i Cooler, 6 x Corsair LL120 RGB Fans And a bloody awful Pilot
multiviper Posted November 17, 2008 Posted November 17, 2008 yup no problems here, with TIR in mp... works great, think it might be something on your computer.... Multiviper http://www.multiviper.com [sIGPIC]http://www.multiviperforums.com/pictures/multi3uo8.jpg[/sIGPIC]
ryuzu Posted November 17, 2008 Posted November 17, 2008 Yeah - it's fine for me too on BS. Guesses - what keys have you assigned for enable/disable in the BS profile - try changing them to something else. Is the TIR BS profile recognising that BS has started - are the executable renamed or is the profile not detecting your BS for some reason? I guess you could try a reinstall and a clean MP start from there - got to be a TIR detection/enabling problem on your end... r.
Feuerfalke Posted November 17, 2008 Posted November 17, 2008 My 2 cents: Maybe you should check "Exclusive-load" in the profiles-screen, so TrackIR always has these settings ready and does not check for the game running. If there are difficulties with your Multiplayer-Game being recognized, maybe this can help? Cowboy10uk Posted November 18, 2008 Author Posted November 18, 2008 cheers for the advice guys, seems like it is a tir problem at my end, i guessed it may be. bs is seen when i start single, but not when i start multiplayer, I do have exclusive load on, but tir still dosnt activate, gonna delete and reinstall, and fingers crossed that will work. thanks again guys. Cowboy10uk Posted November 18, 2008 Author Posted November 18, 2008 WOOHOO, I seemed to have solved it. I had to turn off the UAC in Vista 64, to get it to work. Damn Vista.
