Server list filter uninstalled maps be default

I don't see the point of having the filter off by default. If I don't own a particular map or don't have it installed, there is no reason to show me servers for that map, unless I specifically ask for such a thing.

Please make that filter option enabled by default.

Or even better, make the filter remember the setting so that when you open the list again, persisting through restarts of course, it remembers the last state.
