Gambit21 Posted October 19, 2021 Posted October 19, 2021 (edited) So far I can't get AA guns to fire unless searchlights are present. During the war German fields often wouldn't bother turning on the lights, but rather fire on aircraft using acoustic guidance/no lights. Has anyone been able to get this to work? I've tried adjusting the skill of the units etc, no luck. I'm going after a certain effect, and need flak and/or tracers with no lights at certain times. Edited October 19, 2021 by Gambit21
Nealius Posted October 19, 2021 Posted October 19, 2021 Best solution for now would be to have them fire "barrage fire" at a point and altitude as a triggered action, if you just need the eye candy. On a full-moon night I've noticed the 20mm flak guns will engage if you get close enough. And they are insanely accurate even at night. Had my Mossie torn up by one. 1
