I own many of the current DCS modules as well as the older ones like FC3 - however everytime I start the game now

have been getting numerous requests to enter a valid serial number for some of the modules this includes the A10A, F15C, SU25 and SU27 - I then get an "authorization failed" and "authorization is valid for 2d and the following DLC's are not authorized" messages then it list some planes including the A10A F15C and S27 as not being authorized (I actually thought these planes were either default aircraft or came with FC3 ?) - anyone any idea what's going on and how I can stop this check process?

No, FC3 is one DLC, while the A-10A, F-15C and Su-27 are separate DLCs. If you have not purchased them, it means you used the free two-week-trial for them. If this is the case, you just need to uninstall the non-authorized DLC from your DCS, using the Module Manager.

thanks for the reply - yes its possible sometime a ago during a trial I may have selected them - so really to sort the problem just need to "uninstall" all the planes I get the error for from within the sim?

note also I checked these 3 aircraft A10A, SU27 and Mig29 and they are "for sale" in the dcs shop but it says if you own FC3 the same aircraft are included so no need to buy them - so presuming I will already have these aircraft - so is there any point in buying them "again" - would you gain anything such as extra missions or do I already have everything as part of FC3?

No, you wont gain anything since having FC3 installed, disables the single aircrafts, like shown on the log:

2021-10-27 11:59:12.833 INFO    Scripting: plugin: SKIPPED 'A-10A by Eagle Dynamics': disabled by 'Flaming Cliffs by Eagle Dynamics'

In fact, the FC3 module has MORE missions than the single aircrafts, for example the A-10A cames with just 2 single missions (for Caucasus), while FC3 includes those, plus 8 others for other Maps (Nevada, Normandy & Persian Gulf).

thanks for the replies.

1)have managed to find them in the module manager in the installed section - to delete do you need to just move the slider from green to grey  or do you need to use what looks like the trash can at the end?

2)seem to have disabled all the planes - but I can't find syria or the channel in the installed section - where can I find these 2?

The slider only disables the Module, it will still use space on your disk. Its used when you know you will later on re-enable it, as it saves having to download it. Use the trashcan on your case.

Did you check on the "Terrains" sub-tab?
