VRAM 100% causes lots of stuttering.

Problem still exists.
I have ASUS 2070 STRIX super with 8GB VRAM. FPS lock to max 40 when playing DCS. In this configuration GPU usage is ~75%. After playing 30 minutes memory usage goes to max VRAM of the card (8GB) then GPU usage goes to 100% what causes FPS drop up to 20. Temperatures GPU max 55C.

Weird, DCS has always filled up my VRAM to 95% on my old 1070Ti and same with my current card. Never had any if the issues you described.

This is a common situation with DCS. If you haven't already, turn ground texture to Low as this cuts the VRAM usage somewhat and isn't all that noticeable (especially compared to the stuttering and FPS loss)
