Gunfighter Mk.III F14-Combat Edition (Does it come with incl. extensions or not?)

Even though I will probably be taking a long break from DCS World until Eagle Dynamics fixes the performance issues within the sim, if they ever get around to doing so, I have a question regarding this product:

Does it come with the listed stick extensions or do they need to be purchased separately? It is not entirely clear from the product info/description. I am mainly looking for a stick that can be used as a cyclic for helicopters, and the adjustable clutch dampers will allow me to use it in this way. (I.E. the stick does not move back to center when pushed off center)

Stick extensions - both 100mm and 200mm are listed as "Optional Kit".

So no would not come with the standard kit.
