Weather Injection Or Weather Tool for mission designer

is there any weather injection tool inorder to inject weather base on real life forecast service(s) to match the cloud, temp, pressure, wind, wind directions ... of the mission to the real life (live/historical)?
or any tool/service which map the forecast to the proper setting in dcs ?

Yea you just need to write something to open the miz file before DCS starts and amend the weather settings in the mission file, put it back together and pass it back to DCS. I do this in the 'dedicatedServer.lua'. 7Zip is a good external program to use as you can send command lines to it via os.execute.
