BenzoL Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 I ordred the download version. The money has been deducted from my Visa and I recieved a order number. I am logged into the website but am unable to download the product. I am logged in and on the russian version of the page and have waited a while, tried refreshing the page a bunch. I only get the option to purchase it again. Protx transaction ID available if needed. My login account name on the DCS webpage is "BenzoL". mfg Ben FlightSys::pilotfly:

When i go into my "Paymen" it says no authorized even that i am logged in! Have email to both accoutns that i found here but still no answer! Was hoping to start flying this weekend... Frosties Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 (edited) When i try to access "Payments" on the website, it throws me back to the starpage with an text: Для доступа к данной странице надо авторизоваться Basicly saying, you are not authoried, even though i am fully logged in and such? EDIT: Could it have been an issue with the login on the webiste? So when i paid it didnt connect to my account at the website because of that?
