DCS fps decrease significantly when open streaming software

I was going to stream the other day, and noticed the game became very stutter and fps dropped from 50 to 20. It occurred when I open twitch studio software. I didn't even stream. It was unplayable. Anyone have the same issue and know what caused it and how to fix it? Thank you in advance!

Cpu 3700x, gpu 2080, 32g ram, win 10 (latest update), gpu driver (latest update)

Never stream, but it makes sense. You are CPU limited. HDD or SSD? Professional streamers use hardware devices that sit between PC and monitor, thus not eating performance.
