correct as is Can not change FCR gain in GMT mode

so i just updated my game and tried the new GMT mode and noticed you can not change the gain in this mode and thought this is probably a bug. track file attached.

In GMT it is adjustable by OSB16 and OSB17 described as MAP. It's that because in GMT we are adjusting background (map) gain not moving targets detection gain.
