FFB Trimming

I'm having a hard time trimming this Mossie with my FFB joystick. Anyone else encountering some anomalies? 

For example, to keep her straight and level with full bomb loadout I have to have her trimmed at like -4 nose down. However if I go just slightly more than that then she falls into a dive. If I move slightly back she climbs into a stall.
