ILS incorrectly listed

On the ingame F10 map it says for RWY 13R 109.10 ILS (which is wrong).

In the editor the pages are reversed but correct

and 109.10 doesn't seem to work at all?

 

The kneeboard from Vaziani is self-explanatory
