Petrovich Struggles to fly correctly

I'm having a hard time getting Mr. Petrovich to fly as I want him to. Take the below as an example. I want him to hover and face heading 026, but he's facing heading 043. If I want him to actually turn to heading 026 I have to tell him to face heading 005.

Anyone know why this is? It's pretty consistent

I see that you have a tad bit of right rudder yaw, but he normally _tries_ to follow the heading that I set in FLT/HVR. Do you have a track?
