File structure for F14A and F14B user skins please

Hello and sorry - sure its been asked a 100 times. 

What is the file name structure for the variants of the F14 we have in the saved games folder please. 

Also do a skins work with B and vise versa. 

Out of the F14 loop a long time.

Should be:

F-14B

F-14a-135-gr

 

Skins technically work for both, but markings for B are different than markings for A in some places. Some don't care, for me it makes for eye twitches.

Aside from the skin author stating exactly what model the skin is for, how do I tell what's what? All I know is that the A skins tend to be of hi-vis synthwave variety while the B skins tend to be boring gray low-vis. Part of why I fly the A model much more than B

IF the skin author actually put the work in, an "A" skin will have the turbine warning stripe further to the rear on the fuselage to where it's right about at the front edge of the horizontal stabs, while a "B" has them a bit further forwards.

 

Otherwise at this point you'd have to know which squadrons flew Bs and when. Or just decide to not care.

For me the easiest thing to look for, something I honestly judge all skins people upload now on how much they care, is the intake warning chevron. Hurts my soul now to see A skins the still have the enlarged warnings.

Just checked some liveries in user files and OMG you're absolutely right! Still absent on some skins though, but I guess it's on the author. I can now go through my skin library and sort'em out. Many thanks!
