Whenever I purchase and install a new aircraft module and bind custom controls to it, custom controls for Mustang reset, and I need to bind them all again, but after that it works fine. I am on stable version.

Silly question - are you savng the changes as a new diff.lua for that specific aircraft and not overwriting your exisitng mustang settings?

MSI Tomahawk X570 Mobo, Ryzen 5600X undervolted on Artic Freezer E34 Cooler, RTX3080 FE, 32GB (2x16GB Dual Ranked) GSkil 3600 CL16 Trident Neo RAM, 2X 4th Gen M2 SSDs, Corsair RM850x PSU, Lancool 215 Case.

I am not sure what you mean, I start a flight with a newly purchased aircraft and set the control bindings for it. And after that when I start another flight with a Mustang, all bindings are deleted, and I need to set them up once again, and then it's ok again.

You have to save any alterations you make for the bindings you set to stick. If you alter the key bindings do you save click on "save profile"?
