Harbor to shallow

The Harbour on the main Island is so shallow that no Freighter or Frigate can reach a dog. It looks great to see the ship parts below the waterline, but at least to the dogs, water should be deep enough for ships to get there.

Having been stationed there, the water is varied and should be deeper. While there are some spots near the main ship channel that are shallow (and a hazard to navigation) for the most part it has good depth. Over 100 ft in areas. There’s even a few scuba diving attractions at the bottom of the harbor.

One real interesting dive are the the wrecks of the SMS Comoran and Tokai Maru. It is one of the few places in the world that you can explore the wreck of a ship sunk in World War 1 and World War 2 at the same time, as the two wrecks are side by side on the bottom.
