Dreamboy Posted December 1, 2008 Posted December 1, 2008 I've found that after finishing a mission I can click the green watch button and I can see a full replay of the last flight. This is great and it even registers and reproduce my TrackIR movements and mouse clicks. But I've found no way of controlling this reproduction. I think it should be some kind of play, stop, rewind and f.forward buttons to control this. I'm missing something or there's no way to control the mission replay? Regards!
mc_smile Posted December 1, 2008 Posted December 1, 2008 Actually there aren't any. After you hit this green button and the track finishes you should press "save track" button. Then through "view tracks" menu you should start your track and now you're able to edit whatever you want. Play/pause button is pause/break on the keyboard. But you can't rewind, only accelerate the game It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice © Scooter Intel Core i7 8700K, Gigabyte Z370 AORUS Gaming 5, 32Gb DDR4 CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 3200MHz, Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2080Ti Extreme, VKB Gunfighter MkII + TM HOTAS Warthog + TM MFD Panels, TrackIR5
Dreamboy Posted December 1, 2008 Author Posted December 1, 2008 Thanks for confirm it. Then it seems that replay controls will be a good addition to DCS wish list...
Moreno Posted December 2, 2008 Posted December 2, 2008 And what's the acceleration shortcut? Control Buttons would be great as an enhancement....Especially for making movies. Come on Glowing Amraam. You got some good connections! ;)
EvilBivol-1 Posted December 3, 2008 Posted December 3, 2008 (edited) You can already play/pause/stop/fast forward. The functions missing would probably be skip and rewind. Neither of these is technically feasible given the functionality of the track system. When playing tracks, the mission is essentially re-run in the computer, except all of the initial conditions and player input is repeated. And what's the acceleration shortcut? LCTRL+Z.
