LANTIRN commands not showing in Jester menu

Not sure if this has been reported before but I am constantly having the issue of the Lantirn commands not being available in the Jester menu.

 

When I initially equip the Lantirn pod and GBU's the commands show up in the menu and I can use all GBU's.

However, when I command Jester to switch to TCS instead of Lantirn I'm not able to change the selection back from TCS to Lantirn.

 

I can activate the Lantirn pod manually by switching to the backseat and set it up myself but once I go back to the pilot seat, Jester switches immediately back to TCS and I don't have the option of selecting Lantirn.

I have the opposite issue, I get LANTIRN commands with no LANTIRN equipped.
