The INTV ODU option input is currently too large by a factor of 10.

Expected behaviour:
ODU>INTV
75 entered into scratchpad
Scratchpad shows 75
ENT pressed
70 shown in scratchpad
7 shown on ACP
actual bomb release is 75ft

Current behaviour:
ODU>INTV
75 entered into scratchpad
