With straight Mission editor you can do that only in a roundabout way, and only with ships that can carry units: place the unit on the ship, and then tell the unit to transmit the beacon. Since the unit moves with the ship, so does the beacon. Using some third-party libraries that task becomes much easier, but it requires that you know how to load libraries. I have enclosed a demo mission that attaches an NDB to a ship, and you can use the Huey to try and locate it (not that difficult in current DCS's non-working sea fog). Please be advised: the mission uses DML (an external library), as it's part of DML's demo library.
