funny halo view in VR

Hi,

I fly in VR and when I try to move my view using right ctrl + shift with number keys the view moves fine but sometime there is a circular view where it is normal brightness inside my view circle but dims outside. This persists when I look around too - the view moves with me. I press the same keys to turn it off but it doesn't. then, after some time I can turn it off with the same keys.

Really weird. I wondered if it was screen recording but I cannot see the keys to activate or indeed deactivate that?

 

Any help welcomed please.

Any video, screenshot or a track you can upload? Do you use any mods, shader-mods or something like that? What VR headset is this? What mission/module?
