Mongoose throttle MongoosT-50CM3 catch switch

I'm not sure what to call it but the software calls it button 8. It's what makes the throttles move together. What I'm experiencing is inversion of the right throttle axis when the switch is moved. I can't find button 8 in the software to disable it. Can I and if so, how?

You shouldn’t disable it really as it syncs the output of your axes throughout their travel. There can be quite a few %age difference when they are not linked. 
I think your inversion issue is down to the fact that you have both inverted in the config. AFAIR, one needs to be inverted and the other not by default. Can’t remember which one is which as I’m not at my PC atm.

This is the default setup. Very different to yours.
