Hi,

am i correct (is it ok), that there is not RTB or Winchester Trigger , I just have to fly back to base if I think its time for ?

Or do I miss a frequency setting ?

you mean Hawk 1-2 ?..

no,.. thats also I wonder about.. I had not an option for Hawk in F10 Menu. Was hoping for a nice "big bang" finale

 

And I will check the replay for the message "lets get out.." . Cant remember to hear it.

 

PS: by the way, misson is realy a great homage to the movie

re-checked now the two recorded videos and there is not message and no Hawk support

I re-checked the mission and it should work. There's even a RTB message. Check out this playthrough that was posted yesterday:

In the meantime I'll add some safeguard triggers in case the AI fails to do the most obvious and easy tasks, but it appears from the video that it's not the case.

I checked the video and it seems I miss much more than the "message".. 

 

I tried the mission two times ( I have also two video records )  and last messages I got was in both:

- "[KILM...] I want some 20 mike... treeline"

- "[Joker] Nice shoot"

- [KILM...] beer for that one.."

message.

I got not the " picture " etc..  things.  

 

Now not know what I else I can do....   I fly to the beach and shot all what I see. At the end there is no single enemy on the beach, I'am out of ammo but nothing happens...

Yeah it's probably because the AI is getting dumber and dumber and for some reason they failed to land. Not sure why they don't land for you but they do for others, but that's the AI. Not much I can do about it.

With the next update I'll implement some safety triggers to keep the mission progressing even if the AI messes up...

ah.. this point I had in mind too. I was not sure about ( had a lot todo with the enemies ) , but I remember to see only 3 helicopters nearby the LZ.  May be one of it is gone..

I think this is the issue. But they not failed to land, it seems it is similar to the issue we had in "Worlds Apart Spring" campaing where the helicopter "slipped into the water"

In a shot from lanky's video I found the heli which I miss:

 

now, I go through my record and seen that he landed also in my case:

( hard to see, but he is there )

and a bit later he is gone:

and with this knowledge about the reason, I was able to fly these mission with a workaround. 

I opened the mission within the Mission-Editor and moved the LZ for these specific heli to a different position.. and yeah...
