Clipper Posted February 1, 2022 Posted February 1, 2022 I come from Steam and I have moved to ED Standalone this week. Therefore I am new to ED purchase. Last night downloaded Syria as a Free Trial license. What I wanted to know was about the performance of flying over Syria in my PC, to decide if I wanted to buy it. I have tried it along the day and finally have proceeded to buy it. But what happens is that in my licenses page I have two licenses for Syria, one purchased and the other the Free Trial with 13 days still to go. For purposes of playing it´s everything OK. But I want to know if I can get rid of the Free Trial license before the 14 days have elapsed. I would also like to know, in case I get another Free Trial, if I will be able to terminate it before the time (14 days). In other words return the license (and the DLC files). How do I do that?

In case of license problems, it is better to contact ED support: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/support/ not on the forum. The trial period for the Syria license is disabled.
Clipper Posted February 2, 2022 Author Posted February 2, 2022 Thank you for your answer. I don´t consider this a license problem. Not yet at least. I should have only one license (because I purchased a free trial module (terrain)). But I have two licenses for these fourteen days of free trial. So I don´t see a reason to contact support for that. >>>But I would still like an answer to know how do I return any free trial module, before the lapse of fourteen days is over. Is there a way to return it back or there isn´t any?
ED Team maximov Posted February 2, 2022 ED Team Posted February 2, 2022 Only technical support can manually disable the trial period. That's why I recommended to contact support. But the trial license is still on your list (in case you want to test again after six months ).

I just checked licenses before sending a message to Support and found that the Free Trial license for Syria has already been removed by the system, from my licenses list.
