fixed Night lightning bug

I was playing on the Syria map at night in a liberation campaign mission with the F-16 (Not even gonna mention the cockpit)

 

and looking outside it just looks awful see image below

Known issue.  Do a search.  Short version is if you do a daylight mission then go to night you can get funky lighting.  The work around is to shut down DCS and restart it before moving to a night mission.
