The title may be a bit confusing, so here are the details:

1. The goal is to allow the user to use one mission file to select one enemy plane type;

2. The way I used to was using the communication menu and "F10 Others";

3. The user can hit the comm menu, select F10 and choose an enemy plane from the list;

4. However, if the player does not choose a plane after closing the "Briefing Screen", the game would not work;

5. My current thoughts would be: enforce Active Pause one the game starts using Trigger;

6. At the same time, show a message prompting playing selecting an enemy plane from comm menu; and

7 When the game is unpaused and no enemy plane was active, the mission would end immediately.

I think it is not very user-friendly but this is what I can think of right now.

Great idea! Let me give it a shot first.

BTW, is there any other way to force player to select something, other than the own plane, at start?
