Mission 2 No radio comms

I hear Biff after I turn on the battery and inverter and radios on the default freqs. He then says to switch to 32.5 on FM which I do but never hear him. Then I get the message to push 124.6 on VHF. I set that but still no Biff. I can hear ATIS fine on 270.1 I completed mission 1 no problems with comms.

Yes the APU and APU gen are on.

I reinstalled DCS open beta and the campaign-same problem. Is this a known bug?

Did you turn the radios on?  I had the same problem until I realized I needed to do so.

yes the radios are on. I heard biff on the default freq. I tried again very carefuly and noticed I have to tune the radio to the correct freq AFTER I turn it on.
