DCS mod not authorized despite having installed into Saved Games/DCS[.openbeta]/Mods folder.

Getting this and tried removing and insatlling again but no joy

Most likely you installed the Mod on the dcs program folder, then you later reinstalled it at /saved games/ but did not remove it from its prior location.
