Editor - Moving the map

Map will not move in any direction when I right click and drag, zooms in and out okay but not able to move to any other areas. Have tried all the usual things to resolve.

 

Any ideas what I am doing wrong or is this a bug of some sort.

 

 

Disregard - The game does not like my sidewinder mouse, changed and problem gone.
