gottel Posted March 29, 2022 Posted March 29, 2022 Hello. I am looking into speeds and altitude handling of the Apache. I know that there is now standard in (tactical) situations but coming from fixed wing aircraft, I am thinking in altitude and speed What are “normal” cruise, or approach speeds? What altitude is used for the approach – similar to fixed wings with their 3-degree glidescope? In normal cruise, without threads, what altitude is used (in any kind of unrestricted airspace)? Thanks for your Info’s Gottel
MstrCmdr Posted March 29, 2022 Posted March 29, 2022 There are all sorts of charts in the -10 giving you this info based on weight, altitude, FAT, and DA.
