Aircraft menu improvements filters

I've brought some up before but here are some ideas. 

1. A tick box to lock the current aircraft or mission. for example if we have the F/A-18 selected and check lock current aicraft then as long as we're working with the selected flight we will only see missions the F/A-18 can perform. Also if we lock in the current mission and have CAS it will only show planes that can perform CAS.
2. Player can fly checkbox- self explanatory 
3. carrier capable filter- may be make this a pull down so we can filter the type of carrier. STOBAR, CATOBAR, and VTOL
