Cheap/Free way to add push through throttle detent on Warthog

In case it helps others… I had been considering buying one of the 3D printed detents from somewhere like Shapeways to have a push through afterburner detent. 
 

However, I found a totally free way. Free assuming you have some wooden skewers or toothpicks in the house anyway. 
 

Break a bit off and lay it in the slot where the detent goes and then put the detent back on. This slightly raises it and gives you a push through detent.
