Missing buttons in options panel

Does anyone know why my buttons are missing and how I can get them back?

Think it have been like this for many years now and for sure the lifespan of my current rig. I always thought it was removed by Eagle Dynamics but I can see that everyone else seem to still have those same buttons where expected. Luckily I can am able to tune axis by right clicking.

Game is in full screen?

I have always had it in full screen but unchecked it of for the first time last weekend. Clearly should have done that much earlier 
There was no difference regarding the buttons however.

ähm you have set the checkbox on top "Foldable View" - your welcome. :D

Haha...nice. Not in a million years would I connect foldable view with those missing buttons. 
The buttons and foldable view is not related. Must be an implementation error.
Obviously not how I would design it.
