Anchor Flight to a new base

I'm sure this is really simple, however I'm trying to fly the Harrier campaign and I have to re-anchor the flight to the airport, then tell them to return to base.  In the communication menus I can see the RTB commands but I can't see any to anchor.  Am I missing something?  How do I do this so they land at the right airport?

Anchor means orbit - choose hold option. You can't make AI to divert.
