F16 nose down when pich up

I'm usuing the Winwing F16, when I gently pull the stick back, the F16 puts it's nose down, quite a lot actually, only once I've pulled the stick at least halfway back, does the nose start to pitch up.
It's only pitch up that does this, roll left and right and pitch down are instant in their reactions. It makes controllig the plane very hard, as I naturally just want to do small adjustments but the damn plane goes the wrong way.

I've tried all maner of axis tune etc, looking at the axis tune the control work fine, no oppostite movment before the corret movment,

Do you have another axis bound to the pitch? If no then did you run the calibration test through the winwing software?
