pan0ply Posted June 17, 2022 Posted June 17, 2022 As per title. The F10 option doesn't appear again for me after the initial comms check with Woody, so I am unable to request for taxi and takeoff clearance. Thought it might be a time issue since it says 1810 takeoff in the briefing but nothing appears even after I hit 1810. I've also double checked all my radio frequencies and made sure to hit enter for all of them.

It's just the way the triggers detect the radios once you switch COMM1 to Ch2 to do the radio check, DCS hasn't yet detected the COMM 2 setting (just a DCS'ism - it does on COMM 1 but not COMM 2 ) so it doesn't think you have a radio set for INK ground. All you need do is change the COMM 2 channel then flick it back to Ch 1 and press UFC enter. Just checked and all still working. I did have these instructions in a message on M1, but to be fair not this mission. Just for clarity, any mission where you have a radio check on the ground, you will probably need to do this step.

Thank you. That solved my problem. I think I forgot about that bit because it wasn't required for M2 and it's been a week or so since I did M1. 1
