Hello All

We at RAF Air UK are a medium sized, multi squadron based group of DCS/Flight Sim fans formed through our passion of all things Aviation.   Although  we are UK based, we have multiple members also from Europe and the USA.   We aim to find that happy balance of carrying out realistic SQN training and in house designed Multi SQN based missions, whilst trying to keep everything we do fun at the same time.  This makes us an ideal fit for those that are new to DCS and those that come with experience in game but also in real life.  Many of our members are ex Military and bring their experiences into creating a realistic environment.   We have an ex Buccaneer Rio and an ex Jaguar pilot within our stable who happily share their experience and knowledge to those that are interested.

You can find out more here and through our forums: Welcome To RAF Air UK (rafairuk-dcs.co.uk)

We originally formed 60SQN based around the HUEY Module, however recently moved over into the Apache where we are looking for Pilots and Co pilots to increase our size and have a bigger contribution to our regular multi squad missions.  We have weekly training nights and have members flying all throughout the week and weekend.   However 60 SQN is intending to also continue with the HUEY,  Gazzele and introduce the Kiowa.  We are also working alongside  97SQN and their Warthogs for joint ops missions.

We currently have 4x dedicated servers,  Forums, Discord Channels, Pre and Post Brief analysis of missions and training and utilise SRS, Teamspeak and Tacview

Please come and visit our Forums and we look forward to maybe some of you joining us for some fun.

Kind Regards

Hi There,

where can one find any info about your usual flight/training/mission schedule to see if I can match it?

Didn't find it on your home page either. Sorry if missed though...

Thanks

Hi Razor,  we normally hold sqn training nights on Monday's, Thursday's and over the weekend.  Tuesdays are normally reserved for joint op missions.  we normally fly evenings as most of us work during the day and over  the weekend there is always pilots on at various times in one of our servers.

Sign up for our forum via the main web page on the dropdown box and introduce yourself.  Once we know what you fly, someone will get in touch from that airframe sqn and run you through our servers , passwords and any required mods that are all easily available through the forum.

Hope that helps and hopefully see you in the air soon.

Regards

Sorry Razor.   So depending on the squadron depends on the days.

Weekly Joint ops mission is every Tuesday from 19.30 PM BST

664 SQN (Recently changed from 60 sqn)  Training is Monday and Thursday at 8pm BST for 1-2 hours.   we also try to meet Sat or Sun 8am for 1-2 hours also.

I am actually on most evenings unless work gets in the way (My wife is very understanding!)

We appreciate that Real Life takes priority  over play time so no pressure to turn up if you cannot make it.  Tons of the info is on the forums,  please feel free to sign up and se for yourself and say hi,  no pressure if its not for you.

Regards
