Integrate refueling probe into rearm screen

I think it's cumbersome to have special options in the ground crew comm menu. Just include the refueling probe into the rearming screen into a special slot.

Hi!!

Installing the probe requires power off (engine and electricity), and I imagine that most users rearm with airplane energized.

That's true but airfield repairs require just the same - engine off. So I'd like to see both - being able to put the probe on and off in the field as needed with the special menu checkbox determining the initial status when you spawn.

Some aircraft require to be shut off to rearm them also. I think it's only sane to expand the system to tag individual slots to be not hot-rearmable.
