VR crash during TGP use in IR mode

Flying the legacy A-10C in VR on latest OB, I'm getting a CTD. Seems to be related to the TGP, specifically looking at something in IR mode, or switching modes from TV to IR.

is windows up to date and all drivers?

Checked and it looks like it isn't. Will let you know if this comes up after the updates.
