Beirut Posted July 13, 2022 Posted July 13, 2022 Howdy, Is there a way to use an Android tablet as a second monitor, to have the F2 view on the tablet while you fly from the cockpit on your main screen, for example? Thank you. Some of the planes, but all of the maps!
Archer.xd Posted July 13, 2022 Posted July 13, 2022 To do that you need to run 2 instances at the same time. You can use your tablet as a secondary display, but you can't put the F2 view on it while you are flying from the cockpit. 1
Beirut Posted July 13, 2022 Author Posted July 13, 2022 Thanks for the feedback. it's a shame, but thank you. I've seen where you can put panels or a nav map on a tablet, but not a view you choose yourself. Some of the planes, but all of the maps!
Archer.xd Posted July 14, 2022 Posted July 14, 2022 Yep, you can export cockpit displays pretty easily but as I said to export F2 you have to run another DCS on your pc. I use two of my old android tablets for exporting cockpit displays, still pretty handy. 1
Beirut Posted July 14, 2022 Author Posted July 14, 2022 I might grab a 10" Amazon Fire tablet to use as a DCS panel, they're on sale and can be turned into a much more clean Android tablet without too much fuss. Some of the planes, but all of the maps!
