kraszus Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 I just purchased Blackshark using the PROTX payment method. I received an email from PROTX immediatly after payment with my transaction ID. However, when I log into the DCS website and check transactions or cart, it shows both as empty and there is no sign of any serial or download link. Anyone help me out here?

kraszus Posted January 25, 2009 Author Posted January 25, 2009 Had to contact Customer Support. Whatever was broke they fixed and when i re-logged back in I could get my serial number.
