George reports rapier trackers as SR Sam while reporting the launchers as LR Sam

George reports the rapier optical and radar trackers as SR Sams while the launchers are LR Sams. This makes no sense at all. He should report the Trackers as trackers and the launchers as launchers, not some weird sam categories.
