Voice in track files

I can not find anywhere in the manulas on how to record voice over track files? Also, what does it take to enter tekst in track files?

I am talking about voice overs in track files, such as tutorial, training tracks provided with the game.

If the sound file is music or a recorded speech, doesn't matter.

You just can't record the voice over in the game itself.

 

You have to make your own mission and add these voice files, as an .ogg or .wav file, on a trigger zone.

 

I just tried it out - it's great.

 

You can do that in a mission and save the replay file - so you have a replay track if a mission is not enough.
